Please carefully consider the content and questions that are detailed in the email confirming the production
date. It would be valuable for you to spend a few minutes before providing the testimonial thinking back to
your experience, so that is it fresh and clear in your mind when recording.
Time
We recommend that you set aside at least 30 minutes for the Video Testimonial. Setting up and recording the
testimonial should take around 20 minutes to complete, however, allowing a little extra time ensures you are
not rushed and feel more relaxed.
Appearance
Please maintain a generally smart appearance.
Placement
You will need to place the Web Video Unit™ on a desk or table, and you will need a seat in front of the
system.
Please think beforehand in which room you are going to record the video, giving consideration to the following
pointers:
Lighting: Use a well lit room, with as much natural light as possible.
Background: Try to avoid overly cluttered or stark backgrounds, and don’t sit with your back to a window.
Sound: As quiet as possible.
